Fix Your Zone

crushinghost2 PMs me pissed after I !@#$%^&*ed up his "rec" while he was safe laming. He basically says some stupid !@#$%^&* about me being a newbie and tells me he will crash the zone. I tell him go ahead . 30 seconds later the zone dies. He then pms me laughing about how his record is reverted and he now has 0 deaths. I don't know how the !@#$%^&* that happens but whatever.

 

Later when we are about to win the flag game the same thing happens.

 

Obviously this idiot should be banned, but this is not the point. Because whether he is banned or not is not going to keep him(or others) from doing the same thing. Point is fix the !@#$%^&*ing zone so its safe from idiots like that guy. Does nobody know what they are doing or what?

 

Since I started playing this zone there have been a ton of updates. How about you fix the problem of people being able to crash the zone at will before giving me silly brick cages?

 

This is one of the better zones in SS and I like playing it but if there are security problems that are impossible to fix than tell me and I won't waste time playing this zone(or i will at least refrain from basing)

It's sad how seemingly easy he can crash this zone at will. Fix this.

 

EDIT: i have been informed that it is widely known how to crash it and that "they" don't know how to fix it. How about you figure how to fix it before coming up with stupid cages and other bricks.

It's kind of ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed yet. It's so easy to do and you can just stumble upon it. Hi-5 banned me for "continuously crashing the zone" WOOPS I did it by accident because it's the easiest thing to do accidentally. This silly bug makes the zone practically unplayable and makes it the laughing stock of Subspace.

 

If you want I'll help you fix the zone! I bet you I could fix it in less than ONE DAY with appropriate access. Just fix it so this awesomely designed zone can actually function.

im not sure about subgame but i know in ASSS u can make ?go a mod command, and for ronin, gameplay was telling me he could do exactly that

I've started the school semester, and I have very little time for Hyperspace. I'll fix it when I'm able, but two attempts I've already put in have done exactly nothing.

?go isn't really a server command, though. Fortunately for you, ASSS seems to already mimic it as one.

One possibility (this might lag the zone but its a quick fix) is have all arenas load a module that you make that has something like

 

if paction == PA_ENTERARENA:

game.SendTo(arena, 0)

 

or something like that. i have never worked with it but i think thats what it is.. or close to it
