Normally I dont complain about staffers, I have my arguments and squabbles but they are usually once off but quite frankly i'm getting a lil annoyed with some of disrespect coming from some staffers. I dont want to name as of yet but i'm just asking can you staffers get your peeps into line a little. Tell them to show and maintain a standard that they should be presenting to all or soon you guys will be like the TW Staff! Well I do not want to report it just yet because I do not feel it needs to go that far, staffers deserve a chance, especially the ERs. Zioneer Posted October 21, 2003 Report Posted October 21, 2003 Good topic, I was thinking about it earlier today when I saw several mods acting like 11 year olds.I think something needs to be done about the at!@#$%^&*ude that is coming from some staffers, since they're staff, they're supposed to behave in a certain way.If they show disrespect, why would any of the players respect them and the rules? To be honest, I've just come to learn how to be on staff for more than 3 months without quitting over someone who's supposed to be on my "team", so to speak. Well I never could be on a team where someone is disrespectful for no good reason at all, that's why I can't really join a squad without feeling uncomfortable, by making my own squad I can choose who's on it http://www.hitemup.com/forum/images/smilies/tongue.gif But oh well.

DaKillaRoach Posted October 21, 2003 Author Report Posted October 21, 2003 I'm glad that i'm not the only one to notice the at!@#$%^&*ude of the staff is a little lacking and like Zion said, how can players respect them if all you hear the staff shouting around is newb, fu, lame!@#$%^&*, gtfo, etc. I myself have been subject to it under this and various other names, and not only is it uncaleld for but should not happen in the first place. Having been a bit fed up of the staff overall I myself have placed a application form for a ER position, and should it ever come my way and I get it, prehaps I can start getting the ER's into the manner I think they should be. A strong, group of individuals who share a passion for making the zone betetr, helping the players, and generally show peeps what to be a staffer truely means. I allways Questioned about people respecting me becouse i didnt behave different in staff then as a player. Was i childish or did people respect me maybe they dont anymore since i quited staff becouse i thought of myself that i was to lazy for it. anyways with me being away alot becouse of my 20 weeks work period in germany i couldnt stay on staff longer anyways. Mainly one person himself who shall not be named but it seems people can not give explanations of things or even have a general talk with out the butting in, and annoyance of some staffers believing its smart to jump into squad chats, spam and annoy me in game, and generally take a disliking because of my squad tag? To make it worse? I then get ignored at the end of it all!? *Sigh* when we will someone do something about this without me having to submit in a long list of names. I only wanted to host League Matches... but "malheureusement" every match were being played when I had to work.
