Got an idea dealing with multi-ship DTs. We can have a jav DT and a multi-ship DT. They will be completely seperate from eachother. We can either set them up to be on the same day, or have multi be on sunday and jav be on wednesday.

I found this definition of Noob from Urban Dictionary, and felt that it embodies the concept that is Delic also:

for the past 5 weeks, it has been included in the description of this event that it can be multiship (see the pinned duel tournament topic). also, jav-only leagues will fail right now, and i guarentee we would not have had enough people for week 5 if it had not been multi. the event was never intended to be jav-only, we have just done jav-only for the first 4 weeks.

I am aware of that. It's still re!@#$%^&*ed to make it multi-ship all of a sudden after having played with just jav the whole tournament.

 

Besides, jav is the only so called "fighter" in the shipset.

 

Why don't you get off your lazy !@#$%^&*es and make a good multi-ship event instead of doing stupid !@#$%^&* like this?

See, this would work. I'd be fine with this. But making a DT with all ships in 17th is stupid because all ships don't work as dueling ships.

 

-For multiship, ships allowed are 1,2,4,5, and 7 (all the fighter, non cloaker ships).

 

The javelin is the only pure fighter, the other ships are not classified as fighters.

And if you think they are, then you sir are a level 1 NUBI!

 

From a gameplay point of view, it does not make any sense to use those ships for that kind of fighting, because they weren't made for it.

I mean it's like using a golf club to play hockey, or having Emblazon as SysOp. Get it? It doesn't make any sense.

 

But whatever, do what you want. I'm not playing as long as it's multi-ship. I'll just retire as undefeated champion and laugh at you nubis for desperately tweaking things for no logical reason.
