I don't doubt it, heshe kept 17th dead for a long time, not allowing it to develop.

I consider that like trying to choke it. Heshe could've done more damage, but heshe still wouldn't let it develop, which obviously made things worse for 17th.

To let someone who isn't even from 17th and never plays 17th have the power to influence the zone (that they don't really know a thing about in the first place) is a mistake that Mike and other past SysOps have repeated multiple times.

 

And please let's not forget that it was MMaverick who hired this !@#$%^&*. MMAVERICK! Those 2 shouldn't even have had the power to do anything except what they were hired to do: make some bug filled 10-minute cheap !@#$%^&* !@#$%^&*ing bots, most of which we didn't even really need to have 17th functioning.
