where can i get makeskin.exe?

this app turns a .bmp and a .txt into a .skn, or continuum skin file

 

try as i might, i cannot find this file on the interweb.

It's in your installed Continuum directory - C:\Program Files\Continuum\skins .

If you really want to download it, it's inside this file in the skins directory.

Anyway, isnt it about time that someone wrote a program that made skinning a lil more user friendly?

I mean !@#$%^&*, we click a spot on !@#$%^&* and it arranges our mapobject coords... when will someone make that for skinning?

this makeskin.exe seems screwed up. maybe i'm doing it wrong, but it won't read my txt files. also, i used UnSkin to decompile some skins from the webernet, then recompiled them in makeskin.exe, but continuum won't read those produced files.

Indeed. Maybe we could suggest it to the DCME team although this doesn't have much to do with mapping?
