This is my official sysop resignation/firing/retiring whatever. The zone has dwindled to absolutely nothing in the past weeks, and it's hard to try to advertise for a zone that the staff doesn't give a !@#$%^&* about. I did what I could to get lots of pub games going with help from some Trench War and DSB friends, but it's just not enough for a zone people feel is synonomous wth death, !@#$%^&*, destruction and the like.. So I appreciate being able to work for the zone off and on over the past several years, and for all of you who helped make my experience (mainly earlier experience) with the zone a good one.. I wouldn't still be on here now if I didn't enjoy it back in 2001 or 2002.

Anyway, if any of you wanna hit me up, you can email my cord@17thparallel.com account with your aim name or ask for mine, and i'll get that until we close the mail server down.

Again, thanks for all your time, fun games of javwar, sblball, QUICKGOAL, and leagues.. the trash talking was great from all players, and you can probably find me in HZ (where i'll be bringing quickgoal for you fans of that). I wish all of you good luck in real life, and success in the other zones you may be flocking to now.

the zone is slowly recovering from this. nurples is doing his best to get the zone back into shape with what he has. some events settings are lost, and its hard to say if they will be able to recovery them.
