If you need to reward staff to do their jobs, you need to change your hiring process to hire more mature staff that will do the job asked of them. It is a free game - if you don't pay to play, you won't get payed to staff. Quote

So I don't think this issue is over but it doesn't matter, I'm sure the staff understand what is too lame and what is appropriete, not like you see someone with 3 Siege Packs or a cloaking Warbird with a shredder...
