I have always thought of a smiley to be a squishy, jello-like type substance. The toilet , being made out of clay or whatever it is (I saw it on How its Made btw) would break if expanded that far out. Unless the toilet in this case was not a typical clay toilet, but a rubber toilet, which in that case the smiley would have a very, very tough time going down. Ponder that... Ponder...
