I really do not have fun with how it is set now. Your energy doesnt recharge when you use it, so it makes it kinda pointless when fighting someone who is cloaked.

I think you need to learn how to use it this way first, lisa.

You shouldn't be able to keep x-radar on all the time while you are fighting, it should drain energy since its an extra ability.

 

Try to blink it on/off to see where a cloak is and then try to hunt it down.

I would make it free. but then that would be unfair to players who choose to use cloak/stealth. X does not drain your recharge it freezes it, which is better than draining imo. I think its fairly balanced the way it is and i plan to keep it that way.
