This is really annoying because all of a sudden one Sunday afternoon it stop launching. I have re-downloaded it. Didn't work. I have don't almost everything cept reformat my HD. Any suggestions? Also by they way it does launch at the very beginning when I start my computer, but after I close it, it doesn't work anymore. When I try to end the process in the task manager, it doesn't let me and says "The operation could not be completed. Access is denied." Please Help ~hansdg1
»SOS Posted May 20, 2006 Report Posted May 20, 2006 Did you read the FAQ? It has a rather long overview of what causes this. In summary: some other program is interfering and being too nosy so Continuum's security algorithms are being triggered. Try uninstalling any "security" software or disabling them or putting Continuum on the exlcude list or things like that.

Go through your security settings and unblock continuum, or make sure you are on a administrator account.Also, do you use zonewall(forget name of product)? If so, find continuum and put it in trusted.
