Guest Haks Posted April 8, 2006 Report Posted April 8, 2006 I'm having problems with my zone listing, I can't refresh it anymore. Everytime I try to add a zone the normal way, I get this messageErrorUnable to retrieve new zone listing. Make sure you are using one or more valid directory server addresses (example: sscentral.subspace.net). Also, make sure you are currently connected to the internet.Now I have searched the forums for help, but the 2 existing topics say the same thing; which is to get rid of firewall. I have Zone Alarm, but it's never caused a problem before and this happened in the recent days. Even if I turn it off, the list won't work. I currently use pre-release, working on Windows 98. I don't want to download the zones manually, so any help?
