Guest Flirta D Posted February 16, 2006 Report Posted February 16, 2006 I recently upgraded from a 15' Philips LCD monitor to a 19' LCD Acer plug and play monitor, when i was using the the 15' i could go up to 1280 x1204 but with the 19' monitor i can only go up to 1024x784. What is with that lol? This LCD didnt come with a Driver neither did the one i had before. im using a RADEON 9600 SERIES if that helps
Default+ Posted February 16, 2006 Report Posted February 16, 2006 Goto control panel ---> Display ---> Properties Displays -----> Properties and you'll see all the resolutios. If you can't see it re-install the diplay drivers from your setup cdrom.

Guest Guest Posted February 16, 2006 Report Posted February 16, 2006 ive bean to the manufactuars website and it lists every single driver exept my model one wtf
Bargeld Posted February 17, 2006 Report Posted February 17, 2006 In the advanced options of continuum, toggle the option for 'show default resolutions'. You may want to check out the specs of the monitor (on the box or in the manual) to see if it supports 1280x1024.
