Samapico Posted February 15, 2006 Report Posted February 15, 2006 This thread has some good links for various programs.However, to 'make' a tileset, the best is to use a program like paint shop pro or photoshop, and create yourself some 'template' background... with 16x16 squares so you can place your tiles easily.
