I just wonder when we (as a US citizen) will stop "fixing" the world, and remember that our own country needs help. Up for toss is: 1) Under Clinton, we had almost 0% unemployment. (I for one, under Bush, am now unemployed.) 2) Under Bush, we no longer have government surpluses we had with Clinton. 3) Under Clinton, "We never inhaled." 4) Under Bush, we are having to pay 250% gas and oil costs. How could he justify this? There's two sides I see here, Bush... smart guy, dumb mistakes, probly self centered. Gore, perfectly incapable of leading any kind of war... which would "I as an American" have? Nice job, government spending here, compared to... what do we have here... ? - Z this is a point i think sums up bush very well. Its a classic case in polotice where the internal affeares are messed up so to look good leaders go fight to "save the world" because usually their population will back them in times of war. Questions we have to ask are: 1. was war with taliban inevitable? Anser is no in my opinion, any learer would have done the same byt prehaps handled it better. 2. Was war with iraq inevitable? In my opinion yes, or at least for now. Saddam may he been "evil" or a "horrible dictator" but where are the WMDs? They were the reason for war and the UN resolution being broken so it goes to show that bush made a bad decition to go without UN backing. You now say how bad gore is, the thing about polo!@#$%^&*ions is thay say dirrent things to what they will do, somtimes that may be for the better and mabye for the worst. In my opinion its a shame clinton was only allowed 2 terms in office because he was superd and achieved so much. Comparitivly its a god send that bush will only have one more term if he wins the elections. Then we just have to wait fo the next bust and it will all start again...
