ive used it for a while now but stopped with its recent legal issues. Its being sued in the UK for being "illigal" and paypal keep taking usable payment methods away from it. Dispite this id still use it but i cant seem to pay via paypal (only way i want to) without going through 4 sites first.

packets are sent twice on some occasions (chat data mostly i believe) when you start losing them. Server reads that some are recieved twice giving you more then expected and so calculates that as a -ve loss i believe.
