Agreed. Unix is most certainly going to exploit any loopholes or bugs that he is able to and then claim he is innocent of any wrong doing. This much should be obvious to anyone who has been playing in this zone for the last 3 or 4 resets. As far as fields go, I think they are fine without changing any delay settings. If you want to stop someone from spamming fields then simply have a teammate (or two) guard Scrap n Salvage.

Part 3 would cause more rq than there is now. How could you calculate what a player's early cashout amount would be if the team that wins has still not been determined? If it's a flat calculated amount that has nothing to do with winning or losing, then the team that is getting owned will just "cashout" and make the winning team sit and wait for the timer while denying them any kill/leech money.
