I was at a bed and breakfast over the weekend, and was too busy yesterday to play subspace. I hear Caer banned me for accidental spamming out calling for help.... Apparently that is "bannable cheating". Whatever the case, I see Digs still has nothing to do but talk about fantasy sports all day in spec, and obsess about me on forums. Someone find him a girlfriend or a hobby. I would greatly appreciate it.

The good news is that Surrey has gone on a hiatus after choking the season, resulting in losing in the first round of AML finals. Hopefully he will stay away for good, only time will tell. Since he continually writes checks with his mouth that he can never cash, i think he has finally settled down enough and learned to keep his mouth shut.

I'm sorry, where's the contradiction? read your earlier post about surrey not being able to ban me, then you said he wouldn't ban me in that situation. contradictory And none of the "accusations" are incorrect. People ?cheater you a lot when you fly into a 2v2 box pretending to not know there was a practice about to take place. And while acting stupid is subjective, someone had ?messaged me about this incident asking for me to ban you since you're annoying and frustrating and whatnot. that hasn't happened in a long, long, time. the gate has been working for months, if not a couple years. way to bring something up from 2007. Now, it should be obvious that I'm not going to start people for being annoying, everyone should understand that this is not a very solid plan of action. Are you referring to "start people" from your squad for being annoying? I don't see how that is relevant. And yes, spending time on saving league sounds fantastic. As soon as someone tells me how to do this. You can start by not neglecting the responsibility you have; namely showing up to the games you are supposed to Mod on time, and by running your position as if it was a democracy and not as a dictatorship. Take a cue from Egypt. Consider taking some input in to your decisions more, it would give us the illusion you care about what things others recommend implementing into the League.

As far as "generally acting stupid" thats a subjective observation that I am sure quite a few people would turn towards you as often as they would to me. I also find it funny that "people constantly ?cheater me for 2v2" I haven't had a complaint in longer than i can remember. Not only do your earlier statements contradict themselves, but now you are making factually inaccurate accusations. You should spend more of your time trying to save League than respond defensively to my board posts.

Surrey, everyone who knows you knows how much you stretch the truth. First of all, I wasn't the cap, I didn't ban anyone as I didn't even have the ability to do so. Talk about fabricating the truth... Secondly, you threatened to ban me, so I told you I dared you to because I knew you were bluffing. End of story. Don't try to play the victim, everyone knows you are the one that always starts "altercations".

Surrey did in fact threaten to ban me, its called Private Message. Most of the people there were Happy Mob, not exactly shocking they don't like me and would complain. I wish in this instance you can define what "shananigans" you are referring to as I did nothing wrong in the entire practice. You said in one sentence "Surrey can't ban anyone", then in the next sentence you say "he wouldn't ban anyone based on it"... Why would it be relevant that he "wouldn't ban anyone based on it" if he "can not ban anyone"?

caer you made a fair and balanced ruling on that situation, I will actually congratulate you on it... Surrey on the other hand was threatening to ban me in that game for no reason other than he doesn't like me apparently because we beat his squad earlier this year in a game he LVPed. Ever since then he can't stop typing to me in any game we are both in. His comments were that "7 people have complained to me that you should be banned" are a little hard to believe considering there was nothing I did illegal nor 7 other people in the arena in spec. I don't understand what the criteria are for having mod powers, considering that people like Surrey are clearly not emotionally stable enough to handle their own selves, much less have discretionary powers over other people...

Lets be straight... You and I don't like each other Mindriot. However, on this issue, I agree. I have said for a long time Caer is not a person that should be running the league. He is never perceived as neutral or balanced in any situation, and makes decisions that do not benefit the general population. He frequently makes decisions on how to handle a matter on his own personal preference, and frequently misuses his "powers". When you see someone like Hallu run things in a fair and balanced manner, it makes you realize we could have a much better person in Caers shoes.
