Well, I crashed Windows and had to to a re-install. Problem fixed. Who knows what was wrong, but I can play on my main machine.

What we could really use is an up-to-date how to install on Ubuntu 12.XX using Wine. Ubuntu is really the Linux of choice these days in one form or another. I'm dual booting with Windows 7 and Mepis on one computer and Win7 and Xubuntu on another.

I reinstalled Continuum, and when it crashed this time I actually got an Application Error with information! Continuum: Windows - Application Error The exception Integer division by zero. (0xc0000094) occured in the application at location 0x0042fa4c. Click on OK to terminate the program. So does anyone know what this means?

I think the TAB firing may have been coincidental, I've been able to fire away for about a minute before it crashes. I've closed out everything and tried it and it still crashes after about a minute. Everything seems to be fine even Alt Tabs until then. It's almost like a memory over run. Works fine for a time then crashes the computer in different ways. (I have 8 GIgs of RAM installed by the way)

I tried turning off 3D sound first, and played for about a minute before the blue screen of death and it did a memory dump. Then turned sound off and the computer reset after a minute so I don't think it's a sound issue.

Thanks for the offer but nope, I shall not be having you poking around in my computer. I managed a tech support department for a software company and know a thing or two about computers. I'll play around with some settings myself. I'm a firm believer in Superantispyware and Malwarebytes. Malware is not the issue, and I've already checked for driver updates and there are none. Thanks again for the offer.

Yes other games are fine, and the TAB key doesn't do anything but TAB. This laptop has the graphics integrated in with the AMD A6 CPU. It's supposed to be a good gaming solution. It's a pain in the butt when Subspace has been my favorite game for the last 17 years.

I'm in full screen, and I've had 3 different type of crashes upon hitting the TAB key to fir a bomb. 1. Computer totally freezes up with Continuum screen frozen. I have to hold down power button to get it to shut down. 2. Computer crashes and reboots. 3. On one occasion was able to ctr. Alt. Del to task manager and get it to shut down. I un-installed then re-installed was on for about 15 seconds, pushing the up arrow key and computer reset. Basically can't play the game on this laptop.

Continuum crashes my computer when I press the TAB key to shoot a bomb. Here are some specs off of my Laptop.
