  1. Hi, I've been playing here for a little while now, and lately I've noticed people are sometimes reluctant to be a lanc. I've noticed this most often in smaller games, < 6-8 per side. I don't know why people are reluctant because I've never lanc-ed, but I guess the money and exp-making opportunities are less because lancs often don't get as many kills? So how about rewarding team-player lancs, possibly by: 1. At the end of a flag game, giving lancs a higher winning / losing prize. -Players could abuse this by switching to lancs as the game ends. So only reward those players that have been lancs longer than n minutes. -Or only reward x players that have been lancs the longest per team (e.g. top-3 longest-serving lancs per team) and/or 2. At the end of a flag game, give lancs "assist" money/exp. -For all players that attached to a lanc during the game, give the lanc some percentage / formula of the money and exp that player earned during the game (e.g. 1 exp + $10 per attached player's 5 kills, or 2% of attached player's earned money+exp or something like that). -The reward could be scaled according to the number of attaches / have some minimum number of attaches, to prevent players switching to lancs at the end. -This would reward front-lancs nicely, but back-lancs probably get relatively fewer attaches, so reward back-lancs with the longest-serving lancs described in #1.
