  1. Could this possibly be caused by incompatible hardware drivers? I'm not sure if it's at all similar, but I've also tried to install and run Command and Conquer Red Alert 2 on my computer, with no luck and similar problems while trying to run the program...
  2. Alright, after a little bit of tweaking, going through the FAQs, and uninstalling/reinstalling and tweaking again, I still cannot get the game to start up. Installation is fine, and all the files are where they are supposed to be. But, whenever I try to run the program, I still get the hourglass next to the pointer without any other results. I looked in the processes tab of the Task Manager, and I noticed an irregularity: there is one Continuum.exe process that stays in the list, but another Continuum.exe process will show up for a second and then disappear (essentially, there are 2 Continuum.exe processes at the same time, for about a second). In the applications tab of the Task Manager, nothing pops up still. I've tried turning off DEP, I've tried running in compatibility mode, and I have Continuum working on my PC with the same install of Windows XP and the same antivirus/firewall setting, and it works on the PC. I don't know what the problem is, but it is frustrating me now.. Any further ideas?
  3. Alright, thank you all. I wasn't sure if bootcamp changed anything, but I'll go through all the FAQs and other help items to try and make it work. I'll be back if I can't get it to work, but again, thanks!
  4. I have Windows XP installed on my MacBook Pro on a bootcamp partition. I downloaded Continuum 0.40, and installed it, but it will not run. It causes the system to work, but in Task Manager there are no processes running linked to Continuum. Is there something special I have to do to get it to run, or is it just not supported because it's originally a Mac OS install with a bootcamp partition? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. Krusty Da Klown
