noscire

Hi. I've been having a big problem lately. Whenever I try to click the top menus the menu drops down but it's only the outline of it and my Continuum freezes. I had this problem before and i have it now. But the difference is that i just reformatted my whole computer and continuum is the only thing that's on my comp right now. So it can't be conflicting with any other programs. So yea.. Any help is much appreciated~
