Well, correct me if im wrong, but last time i checked, the Developer is supposed to do work, for he is a member of the developement team(not that there are many devs in hyperspace anyway). And that position doesnt get paid. They do it because they want to keep their job. If you aren't going to do anything, OR if you demand pay for it, then hand over the developer position to somebody that will actually do work.
