It wouldn't be hard for a newbs if they would play for more then 1 min....And if they would ask around for help, any one would help..i'd give money to..(i've already gave over 100k to people all together) And exp isn't any different, just spam bombs/bullets and leech money from base games..GG

I can't see a leagues happening in HS since the player could have a 2mil item..Unless they give every one the same ship set..Which destroys the purpose of Hyperspace.....

That's not a problem.. If a person would play more then one day, they will start making money... I started a new account and in 8 days i had 8k exp and 3 ships... So if i could do it i bet any one else could..And just because a player has an +450k item doesn't make them an ace..It just means they have been playing for a while and they could of had help from there squaddies or friends..

Or just warn him if he does it again, he'll be demoted or removed..

I don't think a complete removal is required.. Just demote him in till he understands how to ignore people when they start annoying him..Demote him for like 1-2 mouths so he knows what he did was wrong..And if it would happen again Id say just fire him..But that might now happen if he can understand how to use his powers wisely.

Aceflyer you really !@#$%^&*ed up there...:/ Here's a little rundown of how this silly game called Continuum works: - The entire ignore system works locally. Under no cir!@#$%^&*stance does the server know who you've ignored; nor would it care regardless. The server will gleefully continue to send you every appropriate message packet from every player. - ?ignore works per-session. When you log out, everyone you ignored via command is now unignored. - ignore.txt is somewhat persistent, but is only reloaded when you connect to a zone. - The client has no alias detection. What this means is that if he is "byp!@#$%^&*ing" your ignore.txt, then you (a) mistyped his name, (B ) used ?ignore by mistake, [c) added a different alias to ignore.txt or (d) are making everything up. Regardless of which of the above options it is, what happened today is you got a player netbanned because you don't understand the situation. Further, you seriously exaggerated the situation to gain support from someone who was completely uninvolved from the start. Further yet, you presented no proof of this behavior and basically demanded the player in question be removed. What the !@#$%^&*, ace? ^What he said.

Er, ya if you see thors and your energy is down..repel them...and back up and recharge..

repel for burst is temporary it still bounces back at you. and if u read then you'll see that i was talking about when there's only 1 lanc. and ad? lol not everyone's rich like you! I am not rich, I have as much money as you. And you repel so you can back up or more forwarder to avoid the burst/the rusher...And if you see enough burst shrap that can kill you rep again..And if you don't have any other repels left ask a team mate to repel the burst or make a macro that tells your team mates your energy, i'm sure some one will respond to it enough to help... And i see lots of lanc's with out burst armor do this fine...And with out a ampere..

Was it fun? Yes Was it more fun than main arena flagging? Yes Were the rewards good/fair? Yes when it was like 1k for like 13 flags or w.e and the losing team would get like 400/300 for it..Then yes.. How was the map? I liked the map, I liked the bases with two entices. Would you like to see it become the public arena? Yes, I hope in the future turf will take over.

I don't think energy infusion should be allowed on lanc, Why? Because a Lanc shouldn't be up front they should be in back and let every one else rush. And When you see a burst BACK UPorREPEL. Same goes with thors. Choose between energy or radiating coils.

I think Unix already did this. And i don't think you can give a person powers just in a sub arena. So right now i'd say yes but i think mod and higher could be able to host events every now and then. So my Answer right now is No
