  1. I've noticed the population thing the other day lol was like "ohh cool 5 people in BlueT Realism Zone" .. lol nope, nobody
  2. reason #0 is probably used as an unknown, undefined, common reason. Maybe it's even part of an unfinished piece of the biller where it can specify a number of reasons why it takes action against a player.
  3. we don't need advertisements for Xog, we need advertisements for Continuum.

    Reset

    what ever happened to his secret catgirl arena that he told me not to tell dr. brain about?
  5. Later today I'll see if I can get in contact with a bunch of the famous gaming websites to see how much they'd charge for advertisements on their page. I know www.warcraftmovies.com is a big selling point, and I think if we can gather enough resources we can definitely get some bigger numbers as per population. That site has 1+ million hits per month. Check out the page, that whole thing is designed as one giant advertisement. It would be perfect for us. Probably expensive as hell though. On another note, if I were to get warcraftmovies.com to advertise this game for a week for like $200-$300, would anybody here be willing to make a background image for the page? (calling The Unliked One... do you read me.. calling The Unliked One... do you read me??) I really don't think we should waste our time with banners and shit, we need to go big to get any attention. The ads on that page always have me clicking. http://sullyplex.com...84/Default.aspx
  6. If the bot logs in and the server has not received the registration info (sent during name creation), it will consider the player invalid. If the registration info has not been received in about 60 seconds, the server will kick the name. there was a bug causing the small 'large' packets to be sent as 0x08 and 0x09 (instead of 0x00 0x08 and 0x00 0x09), which caused the reg packet to never be received. "reason #0" can be for a bunch of reasons: macid, timezone, registration packet, and command flooding.

  10. Option 2. You should go check out BlueT Realism Zone and green up, speak with The Ghost Ship and L.C. about the different ships and how they compliment eachother. It's a lot like what you described. This zone has quite possibly the most balanced ship settings I've ever seen. I wish it had SSC access and had a higher population. It was a lot of fun just playing against 1 other person last night.
  11. Your wish was granted, but you actually wound up eating at a run-down cheap copy of IHOP called IHAP. IHAP stands for I Had A Penis. I wish that on my way home, I discover a bunch of bags of money in my house that amount up to $20,000,000.00.
  12. When you open the client, click on Zones so you can update the zone list. This could be a possible reason why it's showing as offline. It could be looking at the old hyperspace zone, so updating will show the new one. You might have to scroll down the list to look for it. Enjoy!
  13. You totally should have said mustard.
  14. haha, in look at 10:45 - 12:23 good times, good times
  15. In my past experience with online radios, including subspace radio among other things like Jumpgate Pirate Radio, your first initial broadcast usually nets you your most listeners before it tapers off. I really don't mean to put you down but I'm just giving you a heads up - the next show you do will probably not yield the same users, eventually you'll wind up getting anyone who wants to tune in to tune in, but after that it WILL die out. It takes a LOT of effort and a LOT of different ideas to keep a good listener pool. Do some research on Pallies Radio (from trenchwars) they were the most successful SS radio group (and it was just a squad thing at first, but it wound up forming into a TWL "Trench Center" thing) - they'd have a constant flow of over 50 listeners during each show. At one point they had 80 listeners when I tuned in. They were a crazy bunch. http://forums.trenchwars.org/showthread.php?1316-Pallies-Movie-Emporium!/page3

  19. i'll stick to Mw2 thanks
  20. the question was Is there an easy way to split an array of 100 integers for example and write 3 numbers per line separated by whitespace into a file? the answer was #include "realeasyfunctions.h" / Split100intArrayWrite3xLineWithWhitespaceInto(FILE* f);
  21. I'm taking bets on whether or not this thing gets to a 2nd show. Place your bets now! Taking HS $$! Don't mean to knock ya bro, good luck. Strictly business here.
  22. How dare you play such a crappy game. Seriously wtf. I'd rather play subspace.

    ASSS

    erm, didn't snrrrub opensource a module like that Hmm, I suppose I can see why one superzone that contains all the zones as arenas could be set up for failure. In Trenchwars, EG is connected somehow. I'm not sure how it works but you can type ?go ExtremeGames and you'll appear in EG pub from trenchwars. It doesn't work for other zones though. Is there a way to have this type of feature for ASSS zones, but have a bot have the arena open 24/7 so that it appears on the list of arenas when you esc+a or ?arena ? The way I imagine it would be I can go to the Hyperspace zone, look at the list of arenas, and see the list of zones instead of quitting the game. It'd make for faster travel between zones, and people might be inclined to try out different zones more often, increasing populations now and then.
