when I traceroute it a lot of the later hops time out and when I ping it i get 100% packet loss

Recently I've been unable to access the trench wars websites, which includes the forums and the twd website. At first i thought it was norton blocking it, but I tried going on the websites on my other computer in the house which uses the same internet connection but doesn't have norton. It didn't work on that one either. My internet connection is fine because all other websites work fine, so I'm thinking my ISP might have blocked it for some reason.

about a month i think.....how do I complain?

use a different zip program like winrar

does it normally get fixed quickly?

I've been getting S2C packet loss on Trench Wars recently, sometimes it's at 1% which is OK but it also gets to about 8% which means I can't play in TWD matches. I did a trace route and it showed that I was getting almost 100% loss on 2 of the IP addresses.
