instead of returning privs, just let people use freq's 3 to 99 with 5 person limits on them... that way the team is small enough to not make a difference vs flag teams, and its small enough for ppl who want to jump on their own team to have more ppl to shoot in the center (like me )

So I wanted to build a terrier for basing since tunnel runner was taken away from levi's. So what should I put on it? Would be nice to have at least the basic requirements for it. Like what drive and reactor. What bomb (since I already know pulse is best for gun)? Any advice or comments would be useful. Thanks, ZGMF
