There are only a handful of ppl who can afford to waste money firing off three thors at a time anyway *cough* unix *cough*. Thors are no wheres near like they were at the beginning of this reset. I say nothing wrong with them. But in the way of making lancs more effective you should decrease summon so I can afford it , I only get to play every couple days and it takes forever at that rate to save up 160k.

adding ship specific items is not such a bad idea, but those are ridiculous items that will never get past this discussion thread.

Originally when subspace was vie the lanc was the only ships with bounceing bombs, thats what made it special. interesting.

or file them in both catagories they affect. The suggested items dont look like the best things to throw into the game right now, but the principle is better thatn having only one sig.

I think due to the fact that ppl are getting better ship the games would be better with a good size base. Right now base 1 and 5 are decent lengths but could be just a little longer. I just dont understand why there need to be 7 different bases when in any given set there are really only two or three that get used with any regularity.

I know its a long shot but there really should only be like 2-3 bases as part of center, and scarth the HT all together, that way people can go back and forth from center no problem/ Just make the bases far enaough apart that you still need a lanc to get there, Or maybe one HT tunnel that runs straight toard a base. Like I said its a long shot, but I think there are too many bases

mod hosts event where ppl bet on who wins, and winner gets a percentage of all bets. Maybe loser gets a token reward for playing. betters get a 50/50 shot at getting money and ppl rally around the winner. Fun for everyone, like a horse race or something. signups in advance

not too mention that with summon, and ad, lanc is the most expensive ship to build.

overall it is easier for noob to get flagging money, and harder for vets to control all of the flaggs. It is less one sided, and that is why I think it is a good idea, however there are a few problems, i.e. too spread out, lack of exp, and things already listed.

Bring on the abuse, but I actually think it is fun being a lanc because you actually have to do something to support your team that is not solely interested in gaining money. Furthermore, I usually gain plenty of cash while lancing because it doesn't require a whole lot of money in ammo, and reps. That said it would be nice if we could get som nicer bursts, or a small cash incentive, something to make it a little more cost effective.

is it possible to even the teams based on exp. then you could have a max # of exp per team and one team would be like 30 noobs, and the other 7 vets or something better

basing sux cause the same 10 ppl win the basing game whenever they feel like it in priv, and srew everyone else, not because of the new settings.

^ Learn to adjust and you will enjoy the new settings as much as the old, whiners.

When to flank? When there is a priv frew of momos who want to greed all the fun and dont join the pub, so one pub attacks and the other pub has nothing to do but flank.
