I am trying to see if I can start developing a map. I downloaded DCME and I was just wondering how to get a better tileset? And what are the rules/ limitations I need to follow?

I am running xp. there is a firewall that I don't know if I got rid of completely. And I did check the DEP that is set to not all programs.

I read all of Polix's prerecorded answers to try and fix this but I can't get continuum to run on my computer at work. When I first install continuum I can run it sometimes but then I can't open it again after that. I click on the icon and nothing happens. How do I figure out what is in conflict and close it.
