  1. Hi, thanks! This got the program running! Now my only problem is that none of the ship images or zone names/pings show up on the menu. O_o I can still click them and enter zone however, but then as soon as it tries to load, it says it cannot load tallfont.bm2 >.< So close! It even loaded the zone's news file. Oh! Haha, whoops. XP I copied the old Continuum file onto my new computer, and the installation just created a Continuum2 folder. XD rofl Merged the files and it's working fine now! And it looks like all my settings transferred over, too! Thanks so much! It's good to see someone that, rather than just bashing some program because they're idiots, actually tried to help! I appreciate it tons. ^_^ All these crazy new Vista features I gotta learn how to twiddle with.
  2. I've tried disabling Norton, and not only did it then NOT run, but the program sat in the background infinitely re-opening itself, bogging down my computer (which is fairly tough atm) until I had to turn it off to get rid of it. The process wouldn't even close. At least Norton prevented the program from doing this. (Oh, and btw, no antivirus program will stop 100% of viruses. Even if you combined all the top programs, you still have a chance of infection.)
  3. Oh, that's a wonderful reason WHY, jack!@#$%^&*.
  4. 'Norton Sucks blah blah. We hate paying money for software. We have no RAM!' I have 3gb of ram and got it for free. It's also the only program I've used in 6 years that's kept every virus clean from my PC. Reliably. Including AVG and Avast. Also, I had Norton before Vista and never experienced a single software compatibility issue. Any program which screws with my anti-virus is neither programmed properly, nor safe. And just to be certain, I disabled Norton temporarily and tried running it. Same thing happened.
  5. Hey, I just upgraded my computer and now Continuum won't work. It installed just fine, but when I launch it, nothing happens. At all. No process, no thread, no window, no error, no report. Nothing's blocked. I've added it to SpyDoctor and Norton's Allow lists and I've set it to run compatibility mode and to be run as Administrator. I've also disabled UAC. Any thoughts?
