Chug Chug

Everything is red. I've tried changing the directory and that doesn't help. I've removed and reinstalled serveral times too.

For some reason, after I downloaded the new version of SS, I had a problem. Whenever I open it, it says that it is refreshing zones. After a few seconds, it says that it could not finish because it is not currently available or I'm not connected to the internet. Is anyone else having trouble? Can someone help me?
