well there's a !@#$%^&* of a lot of packet loss on some of the hops. Also Bezeqint from what I remember is an Israeli ISP, so the ping to the US is probably pretty shabby as will the lag then be also. Not a lot of help on that one other than either to try a different Israeli ISP with better US routing, or move closer to the US ? yeeeehaw ! luckily for me UK is one country away from US, even so I get pings up in the 200ms area, then again if you're on DSL and you can understand what Im saying try seeing what mode your modem connects to their DSLAM (your local DSL exchange) at , if they use interleaving, try getting technical support to change it to fast-path, lower pings, but a slight loss of reliability, then again, it probably won't change things too much but its still an option to use to see if your connection will work better let me know how it goes
