What plugin could I use to do this?

In a CTF style zone I want to make it so if someone on the other freq goes to the other teams spawn, they will get warped out of the area back to the center. How can I do this?

I need help to configure a CTF Plugin to spawn the flags to certain coords and to configure arena settings so that I can have a CTF style game. Hey, I was just wondering if anyone could help with a zone. We need someone who can mostly do SFX and some GFX, lvz's maybe maps and bots for a turf style/flagging zone similar to paintball reloaded.
