Can you reccomend a good free registry scanner?

I did that, still does the same thing. Loading cursor appears, it does nothing. It appears in the processes list but jumps about (which in another topic someone said meant it was stopping/starting a lot) then after about 10 minutes an error messade appears, error 000012b or something like that.

I'm having the problem of continuum not loading. I've read the topic about how to fix it, but if the only way to get it to run is to start disabling my firewall/anti-spyware programs then I think i'll just forget it because honestly that's re!@#$%^&*ed. Does anyone know of any other way to get it to run? Or should I just forget it?
