  1. Well, I'm currently using FINK and piggy-backed off of the Linux diff file (the diff file obviously doesn't work anymore but the code change is still the same.) Then I recompile wine and ran the local wine. I'll append the wine I'm currently using, so if you have a version of wine installed and working for other applications, try just running the wine in the source tree here and see if it'll run continuum. I've been busy with work which is why I haven't written a full tutorial, and also my system is a little obfuscated because of all of the FINK applications, but in theory that wine tree will work. Cheers. MegaUpload Link: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=T737XKGV
  2. Incoming post on the exact procedure, but it's very similar to the Linux version. Just hacked together the current wine in order to be compatible with i386-darwin rather than i386. Hopefully won't require as many dependencies as I have installed, but there's no reason why it shouldn't work on macs. If you want a walkthrough before I post up the full details just PM Marche, I'm usually located on Hockey Zone. 3. Well, as I looked at the wine version, they're just using a patched version of wine and using it as a wrapper around whatever you're using. The s!@#$%^&* script itself is pretty simple but, perhaps it's got too many sanity-checks.
  4. ThunderJam. I'm very interested in helping you. Perhaps we should setup a chat or something and actually plan this out. After all, this does seem to be a large project (4 bots at once xD ).
  5. Agreed with ThunderJam. However, it also seems that he wants to just re-write them since they break often no?
  6. So, despite the fact that it is true there is now a Continuum-wine. I think it would still be much better should there be a true linux-port (similar to Snrrrub), and one that perhaps be managed on an easy to use system, auto-configured. (Possibly !@#$%^&*imilated into Gentoo Portage, or Ubuntu Apt-Get). Along the way of course, a couple of hurdles that might possibly be overcome is the creation of a true subchat, to rid ourselves of the need for X interface. (Clearly, if people had an xterm in their Windows this would be suitable as well). On a side note: the Continuum-Wine website should be updated with not only the latest continuum, but with a script update [as it breaks in some cases]. I can provide the update if needed.
