Err no that wasn't the problem and I know it wouldn't be because continuum did work a few days before the problem with aol. And I use aol for my connection so I can't close it lol. But yeh aol does suck The problem was that I had too many processess, so I closed loads of them which was ran by my username which I wasn't actually using and that helped =D

When I load up continuum and try to click any of the drop down menus, they just freeze and then I have to close continuum and then when I try any other drop down menu on other programs such as I.E Dropdown menu it shows blank untill I rollover them. This problem has only just started occuring and I do not think it is to do with my computer as it has only just started happening =S I'm sorry if a solution has already been posted for this x.x
