i better warn you now furret, since hs is not on a biller it does not password protect accounts by default. the password you put in your profile does nothing. however, you can set a password by using ?passwd

i think i remember this happening, i think it was King of the Dead who took the flags, but i didnt see it happen or get screenshots so... kind of related, everytime the flagger gets thor'd in base people scream "HACKER" and "I HAD ANTI ON"

sounds like a bunch of whiners i like the way hs is right now, it takes a lot of skill, time, and effort to get rich, and i'd really hate it if that was changed to give nubs an advantage. if it only took a week or so to max out a ship it wouldnt be any fun. there isnt any challenge in that. heres a tip for newbies: dont wait to get a team. there is usually one or two big pub freqs, try freq 0 first. just being on a team in center will net you some nice $$$. and stay out of the safes.

well personally i dont like bricks at all, not even counting brickwarping. i just think theyre excessively powerful and promote item whoring. i dont know about anyone else, but when im basing the only thing i do is rep, brick and then suicide run, and it works well. i would be perfectly happy if bricks were removed and the brick item was used only for special items like energy infusion and the mini field. thats not going to happen though so here is my solution: add a new special item to the brick category exclusively for lancasters that gives them 255 bricks. the brick acts kind of like a portal, but its a brick so lancs can use it when antiwarp is being used. it would work like this: press f5 and a graphic appears where your sitting to mark the spot. if you warp by any means you are warped back to the spot. the special portal will stay where it is until you lay another one or die. the only problems i see are that if the enemy can see the spot theyll just lay a brick on it and youll end up continuosly warping on it until it goes away, and it would interfere with regular portals.
