modified how? it's already a high damage bouncing gun Plasma does less damage per second than Pulse and consumes more energy per second than pulse. Make it more like Disruptor. Think about this for a second Shrap Booster used to be the exact type of gun I would like added. I dislike bomblining too much to support that idea OK, I want a second opinion then

Just a couple suggestions for 2 not-so-popular weapons... 1> Plasma Cannon I would like to see a bouncing gun with high damage-per-second, either a modified Plasma Cannon or a new gun. This new gun will give basers more choice and break up the beam-spider monotony. Currently, I would estimate that 70% of gun-oriented base defenders use Beam array, 29% use Pulse Laser, 1% use Plasma Cannon and 0% use Shrap Booster. 2> Moab Its like TacNuke's little brother. The faster firing rate isnt very useful, firing it at full speed is energy suicide. Heres a possible change to make it more useful and to distinguish it from TacNuke: 400 energy to fire No shrapnel One last suggestion: make either TacNuke or Moab available on Lancaster.

cerium: those were glitch areas. in super metroid and super mario world there are secret areas put there on purpose, ones you can see but dont know how to reach. theres a lot of space wasted between the bases it would be neat to put something in there.

something ive always wanted is a secret area. like, theres an unmarked warp point hidden somewhere on the map that sends you to a secret area. (trying to enter with flags makes you blow up) or possibly you have to fly over certain spots in the correct order and it will warp you. the secret area will be hidden between bases, and will be filled with weird stuff like wormholes and mismatched tiles. if this is possible id really like to tile it.

just a small suggestion: since HS doesnt use the prize animation it could be turned into a decoration for bases. its pretty small too, only 3.2k so its possible to make it a custom animation.

i dont like that tileset. if you use that everything will be either gray or gray and purple.

i just got this idea for a one-time use item Time Stopper - Freezes ships, bullets and bombs in time when the item is activated arena settings are changed so that repelspeed is 0 repeldistance is larger repeltime is longer (maybe 1 second) then a repel is generated from the ship that activated the item, and arena settings are changed back to normal. this will freeze anyone and anything not on the players team (they can still turn, shoot and use items though)

engine failure is really annoying, and i wont be buying jump or id because of it. the ftl drives are unreliable to bty with so they are reduced to being abused for the engine failure, or to flank basers without a lanc.

im talking about max thrust. i think it would be ok if the initial thrust and max thrust were the same. rotation could also be lowered so that lancs would have a hard time getting around corners in bases quickly. i think lancaster is more of carrier, its huge, but doesnt have much armor and leviathan is more of a battlecruiser, its not as big as the carrier, but it has tons of armor slightly off-topic: i think rockets should be removed from all large ships (levi, lanc, spider already has none) and rockets set to their old settings

just something i was thinking of... since HS isnt using the powerball, would it be possible to implement lvl4 weapons with it? is ASSS capable of sending different packets for the ball to all players? (such as more than one player carrying the ball, but only them seeing it) is it possible to use an lvz to make the ball completely invisible? will this affect warping? is it possible to warp a player once they throw the ball then have them pick the ball up again?

wow i cant believe my suggestions were implemented actually it does. if you give lancs 0 speed, they will never be able to get anywhere to burst there. i dont think the thrust was set low enough, lancs can still use afterburners to run short distances in a timely manner. if maxthrust is set to the current non-afterburner thrust lancs will not be able to rush at all. if that happens i think the max energy for lanc should be bumped back up to 4000 since they wont be able to rush anymore. their current low health makes them big targets for thors anyway. the reason i want to keep bursts on lanc is because they need something to defend themselves with. without bursts any ship will be able to take out an unguarded lanc easily. and 1 final suggestion: gb was complaining that turret base is too easy to kill with bursts (even though he had a turret with 1000+ btyrs on it). 1 burst kill does seem a bit excessive though. maybe reduce the damage down to just 2x normal damage?

this is waaaaaay overpowered. think warbird with maxed speed toting around disruptor spiders. also this will create some big problems when lancs use it to get to places they normally cant (like in the bottom of base 6)

heres my suggestions with reasoning that everyone will ignore in favor of more changes that wont help: suggestion: no rockets. reason: waaah no rockets will kill pub basing waaaaah. i never used any rockets and no one complained, if you really cant stand to wait 30 seconds to get to a base then buy a tw token. no rockets will help stop the lancs from rushing, which is my next suggestion... suggestion: slooooow thrust. keep the top speed the same. reason: i know some people will say "its going to take forever to get to a base" but it wont. the top speed is the same, it justs takes longer to get started. people will get used to it. this will take away the lanc's rushing ability entirely. one rep and its back to the start. suggestion: replace turret base's reps with rockets. reason: the reps are really lame. with all rocket utilities taken away this will give turrets a real advantage, and without the reps they wont be able to continuously push bursts away in bases.

i dont think any changes need to be made. the only people who buy bricks are GW, and they would rather buy fields. if anything changes, it should be so you can buy bricks anywhere. that will give bricks an advantage over fields.
