I am in my dorm using my laptop..

When I play Continuum I get disconnected all the time while playing. I am in college using a college link. I have a firewall and anti-virus. but, when i go home it works fine. I am just wondering why it only does it at college? I really wanna solve this problem cause it sucks so if you can help me please do so
