That "guy" came into my zone as well. It was not a player though. I did everything besides ban him at first. I noticed that if I spectated the player it was faster than reaction time to leave What I mean is, I would place the cheating player in spectator mode and as soon as I pressed the enter key he was getting disconnected / leaving the zone. This lead me to believe that it was a bot, not a player, I didn't think to check the info at the time, but none the less I did end up banning this player to tm_master said was cheating in Devastation as well. Tm also said that shortly after banning the player the server got attacked and went offline. I think it's just a player going around and cheating / getting banned in zones that they don't care about. Although this is just my opinion, which everyone is entitled to have their own of.
