    Actually we don't say anything in private either. It's usually a few: ;x; gg and we log out. Out of all the zones I have played league in, 17th probably has the most mature people in it. No reason to really talk smack in an online asteroid game built almost 10 years ago. I play this game to relax and have fun. Not to make someone feel inferior because I have a great group of squadmates (not that I am any good to begin with). Btw, I did play in one game against C-Ops this season. So I'm not a complete cheerleader. But, that was the only match I have showed up for too. lol So SeVeR, when are you going to be !@#$%^&*imilated? I need to retire.
  2. With the exception of the bullets, that seems like the classic terrier. I have no problems killing with it. The ship is fine. In fact when I first came to this zone, that was the first ship I fell in love with...and now it's back. As SeVeR and I have said, the spider is flat out broken. I'm more curious to know why they made the changes to the ship that was perfectly fine in the first place. I voted 'no' until the spider is hugely fixed. I'm not exactly thrilled about the weasal either, but w/e. Why do upper staff people try to make so many huge changes to this zone? Work on one ship at a time please with only small tinkerings. It's hard to keep a player base if you make so many radical changes all the time. The next sysop or w/e will come in and decide, "This zone needs new ship sets and I'm going to play God." Take 10 steps back and slow it down a bit. Let players have a chance to adjust to one change at a time. How the !@#$%^&* can anyone tell if there is a good balance too the ships if next week 2 or 3 of the ships are going to be 'redeveloped.'
  3. I know I'm not around as much as I used to be, but every once in awhile I liked to drop by and play. With that said,.. The spider flat out sucks. -I don't care about how much damage it's burst can do now. The old burst was just fine. The 'previous' spider was extremely versitile. Now it is back to the lame base burster of the old days. If you are going to go back into the past, then bring back the old warbird settings too. That ship was my favorite until Z !@#$%^&*ed it up. Now someone (vile?) did the same with the spider. - EMP: It and old wzl were the only two ships to have emp and you took it away. Back three years ago I used to !@#$%^&* about how the zone never made any use of the emp and it has now regressed back to that state again. I was told this was because of the new weasal mines (which I don't like either, but I rarely ever played any of the countless versions of that ship, so it's not my place to complain about it). -What is the point for it to have such a huge delay after shooting its BIG level one bomb. With that delay might as well give it a level two or not bother with giving it a bomb at all. - I wont complain about taking away it's double barrel if the bombs are fixed, but if you have no plans in fixing the bombs, I suggest giving it a huge upgrade in the guns department as the ones now are worthless. I'd like the original (or should I say previous settings...things change so much in this zone it's hard to keep up with anything) settings on the spider back please. It was well balanced with the jav and shark. At least any experienced player would recognize this. Sorry if there was a topic for suggestions on the new changes. I didn't feel like looking for it and found this topic at the top.
  4. ?go doesn't solve the problem for a player losing bounce. It may save you from being freq switched, but it resets your ship regardless if you are in a safezone or not. If you say it's being worked on, I will put faith that it is. Thanks
  5. Consider it back luck, but I have had enough. I fight hard and wear most players down getting flags in North, only to be freq switched by the bot. Then today I buy bounce TWICE and get switched by the bot (thus losing my bounce). This is getting EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Why not consider a few fixes to the bot so it doesn't randomly switch people. 1.) Like DSB, switch the player(s) that last died after the bot has notified public that it will do so. 2.) Randomly switch the player(s) with 40 btw or lower. This won't (usually) switch the player guarding base which happened to me twice today. 3.) Have the bot count which players have been switched (by the bot) in a given period (say a week for example). Then switch the players that have been switched the least. I've decided the bot likes to pick on me and it makes playing in 17th less enjoyable fearing the bots unfairness. I can't think of any other ideas, but feel free to post more. I think this really needs to be changed. It's annoying as -*BAD WORD*-.
