In my age old experience of base when I actually played back then, I would say 3 bases are best, and the rest being reworked to do something else. As for events, mods have no obligation to host events (unless brain wants to change that), and its mostly a spur of the moment thing. Unless you guys want another "dedicated" event master again like last time.

For the record, I am sick and tired of people repeatedly complaining in forums and NOT ONCE TALKING TO ME (with the exception of 1 case that was handled) about the issue. Because of that I added harassment rule as well as lame behavior rule under the official F1 help pages. I know people love to mess around with new staffers but the recent events are just getting out of hand, and usually the same group of people doing it, or people with personal grudges. Because of that, harassment rule will be up to the staff and punishment up to them. Some criteria are in place for enactment of harassment rule: 1. Past history of offenses 2. Degree of harassment/inappropriate behavior 3. Continual complaining to public forums without consulting superiors

Cheese's lottery system is confusing as hell. Heres the issue and confusion: 1. There is no specified minimum jackpot, like most lotteries do it (minimum 1 million$ jackpot starting for 1$ ticket for example) 2. No mention of how jackpot rises per purchased ticket Honestly, a Lottery should not be that hard to understand, but the way the conversation went, sounds like its trying to be a non-standard lottery.

Heres my take of why you talk to the superior in person and not complain to the public. 1. Superior actually has the power to do something, but only if they know about the wrong doing 2. If you go to public forums and start complaining about everything, your story is less credible and the superiors are less likely to actually believe you 3. Future legitimate complaints will be taken less seriously due to consistent problems with the same player and again, going to public and not actually talking to the person they should be talking to 4. Jr mods are that, juniors. They are learning, and its a trial to see if they are fit.
