Its not bad actually, however, the idea of the warp room I dont like ... also, there does not seem to be a distinct flag room. I would consider altering the base such that there is one main path to one large room to store the flags. .. I can see 2 or 3 possible spots that somebody may go. yeah i know.. got a bit carried away, i didnt think you'd like that, but the flag room isnt that hard to find.. but its actually near the entrance. It's a big harder to defend than normal deva bases.. but since its normally hard to attack i though it might be a good thing for the zone.
