Heheh I'm gläd someone feels the same way. I have said it before, I have nothing personally against Vile or any other staff member. But they are staff members so they are supposed to "be" a certain way, and when I see that they're not then I have to speak up..

NBV, as I said: My point wasn't about ideas not being heard or taken seriously. My point was that 17th Staff doesn't function as a zone staff should function. And I specifically showed you why too, so why did you lock my thread instead of giving us a chance to talk about it? That's so low. That only places you in the same category that I'd place Zeke (or whoever it was) for deleting simple poll threads that I posted about settings/map. But as I said, as much as you'd love to silence the topic, you can only silence the thread in this forum.. people will only hate staff more if you try to silence us. So good job.

Heh. It's not my ideas because I didn't come up with them, that doesn't mean that I don't know about them. I know how things work, I don't know every single detail about everything, but I know how the zone works because I've learned a lot from observing. That wasn't even the point though.

Wow, so he had to lock it heh. Sad how we're not allowed to have a discussion about our own staff. rofl. Nurples was no different than Vile and Zeke: neither knew what they were doing or how their changes affect the gameplay. Neither of them were real players, so neither of them would know how to serve the players better. How "fast" the changes are/were made is not the point, it's WHAT you change and how you can change to make the zone better. As long as the changes are for the better, the faster is always best, but you have to think about how the changes affect the zone as a whole. But most of the things that I mentioned needed change were OBVIOUS things.

This isn't just another "staff sucks" thread.. I just showed you why. And by the way, I typed all this down when the forums were offline so the log isn't from "yesterday" as I said.

Yeah Prem you're probably right. Nobody seems to have a clue how to make a pub that isn't just fun to play in, but is 17th. The gameplay in pub now is a joke to me if I compare it to what it used to be. The shipset was designed by people who did not know what they were doing. They heard newbies whining about getting killed by and they weakened that ship, so now what we have is a crippled shipset plus stupid unnecessary settings such as "full charge" and things like that that disturb the actual gameplay. Not that it would make any difference now that it's a fking playground and not a actual game anymore. No ship have any specific missions or is specialized in anything or in any area. It's a joke, but the worst part is that it's been like this for so long that now newbies think it's 17th, and Mike doesn't want the shipset changed. Why? I guess because the last time they changed it (from 17th shipset to Nurples/Zeke) they got flamed because of it. There is no gameplay in 17th pub. And if you enjoy just flying around doing nothing then do that, but you might as well change the fking zone name because this definitely isn't 17th.

VILE OPEN UR EYES THE MAP HAS CHANGED just a little bit .......... Vile?! mfg. I know they changed some minor details, I've probably spent more hours than anyone in that map so I'd notice and I did but the gameplay is the same. Kids.... bahhh be quiet.
