you know nothing about how the private freq system in Continuum works there are 10,000 frequencies (0000-9999) all frequencies from 0-99 are public, which means you can see the number. all frequencies from 100-9999 are private. When you ?changeteam, it starts at 100, then goes up. you cant see the frequency number, which is why they call it "private" correct me if im wrong if 100 is public (if so then it starts at 101, etc...) 9999 is not a private freq.
