hahaha i can't believe you actually replied to this thread. for a while i thought you might actually be smart and stay out of here, but since you haven't yeah...you managed to predict that when i found out about a mod abusing, especially you, i would make upper staff aware of it. gj. you can bet on that everytime. ok let's see. first of all, trash talking is not against the rules. please familiarize yourself with page 4 of f1. jr mods are in NO position to come up with new rules to enforce, especially concerning TRASHTALKING of all things. trashtalking is a pervasive phenomenon in ANY internet game. get over it. i expect you to silence trashtalkers with no warning and no notification from now on then (HINT that is sarcastic. if you DO do this consider yourself fired). even if trashtalking WERE against the rules, it doesn't mean i was doing it. as logs will show, our dialogue was much more intelligent than what occurs in pubchat 90% of the time. i'm pretty sure attempts to poke holes in someone else's logic is not trashtalking. even if i WERE trashtalking, you have NO right to silence me without a warning, and NO right to not inform me of the silence. furthermore, it is NOT appropriate staff behavior to start laughing about it with other players that are clearly irrelevant to the discussion. so to sum up that paragraph, trash talking is not against the rules. if it were, i wasn't trashtalking. even if i were, you should've warned me before silencing, and also informed me of the silence. even if a silence were called for, it is not appropriate to discuss the silence with non staffers. YOU FAILED ON ALL THESE LEVELS. i've always bleeped out my swearing as per dr. brain's rules. i have VERY OCCASIONALLY (i remember twice) let the f word slip out, but i immediately apologized. i am !@#$%^&*uming that brain would want the same rules enforced in the zone as on forums; either way, it's not very professional. get away with WHAT exactly? i joke in spec chat, and you flip your lid. build yourself a bridge and get over it. um, give me specifics or shut up.
