How do you get the !@#$%^&* autotile feature to work? All i see is a window that is named EZ, dunno how to use it

Can someone please explain to me how to make a background using .lvz? I have a single picture that is perfect for a background, only i don't know how to duplicate it. Is there a certain program that helps me do this? Also, when I attempt to load a bot into my zone, it says I need to banfree it. I found the command under the BanG command stuff. But when i try it nothing happens... Can someone help me on this as well?

Im very stuck right now. I want to hose a server but I am on a LINKSYS router. When I try to host, the zone turns up red and i cant enter. I remember someone guided me through this problem once but now i am stuck again. Can someone please help me with this?
