Can you start in safe mode? If you can try a system restore to a date before this started happening. You may also want to restor your BIOS to defaults. If you can get in under safe mode you can do all the normal virii scans and adware scans, stop anything totally unnecessary from starting with your computer by going to start>run and typing in msconfig then go to the startup tab.

Mine only allows for 70mhz. I will try updating the drivers or somethign to see if it makes a differnce.

I have a Dell 1905fp. It's great for movies, probably not the best for games. I assume it is just the monitor, but if it doesn't do it in windowed mode that makes it confusing

I also noticed that it doesn't do the flicker so much in windowed mode.

Yeah I have the most updated drivers. On a side note, if I use the discresion client and just do the little practice offline thing the display is perfect.

I have just started playing this !@#$%^&*ed game again, but I have an LCD now. I am pretty sure this is a problem with the monitors I play on and not the computer or the game. But, as I fly objects like walls seem to flicker and not display correctly, also names of other players become very hard to read.
