so... i found that i have a trojan on my computer... been using AVG... and it deletes it... but it comes back all the time... and i dont know where its coming from... ive used WinPatrol and found this startup info... !@#$%^&*le: s!@#$%^&* Command: ibm00009.exe ive disabled it from startup... but even if i delete the file... it comes back... any help out there? ...btw... i know better than to download while playing games on the net... =P... but thanks for the ideas... but i dont know how to do a trace... i'd do that and post it if i could find some directions on how to do it...

ok... so ive been playing SS for about a month... and no problems with packet loss or any of that good lag stuff... and now... all of a sudden... i get the bots banning me for packet loss... anywhere from 6.5 up to 8.0 is what they are saying i have... i have a good connection... cable... and ya... i dont understand... anyone have any idea how i can lower it so i can play more than 2 minutes before getting a 3 minute ban?
