hmmmm.....there's a lot going on here but not much to say.
-
Anyway, back to the topic...yeah...there really is no place for private frequencies in pub.
-
How kind. I leave to the political discussion board and ppl bring the politics to me. <_< Look, you Dems just got your !@#$%^&*es kicked. Maybe it would be wise just to shut up and not mention politics for the next three years.

Well, yeah, but every time Colt could manuver through the barrier, Velvet would just run away to another one. The way it worked though was Colt was specced for hiding while they were advancing on the Velvet positions. In reality neither team shouldn't have been specced. Velvet was making the right move...you play defensively when you are outnumbered. Colt also made the right move, when you outnumber your opponants by only one player, you advance, but don't make a mad rush. Really, neither team could be described as "running and hiding", but that's the rule that decided the match.

Actually, it was mathematically proven. Science requires experimentation and observation...now we just observe Cokey's behavior. Okay, she's evil by scientific standards too.

Well, simply put our map has two bases. Especially in east vs. west powerball, having more than two freqs doesn't work. MAYBE you could pull off 2 small freqs vs. one big freq...if the two small freqs essentially teamed up. Now, if you tried my proposed freaky friday map......

Oh, so that's what we should have done. The skillfull thing to do would have been to have one of us tk another purposefully, then hide, making the odds at the end 2 on 1.
-
Now that I think about it...there is a clearly big problem here. The purpose of the "1 kill/ten minutes" rule was to prevent running and hiding. It provides a more concrete definition of hiding. The problem is that it was used the opposite way...It rewarded Velvet's running and hiding from Colt. This is a loophole. Because of the exact cir!@#$%^&*stances, Velvet turned the "no hiding" rule into "lets run away from Colt so that we can even the odds in ten minutes". I agknowledge that Velvet won...but I also pose a warning to you. Stay away from walls. A few bombs might "accidentally" fly towards your direction if you are on my team.

Aw crud...I was qualified for BPS?!?!?

Well, maybe a reasonable compromise is to allow squad members to "transferr" their surplus kills to their teammates. The last Colt standing had 5 kills at the end of the match. Yeah, and I know the typical response would be "Yeah, why didn't he stop shooting after 2". You guys know that would be a tactical error - effectively removing him from the field for a minute. Mayhaps it would be a good idea to let ppl with more kills than necessary bring back some teammates. It is after all a squad game, and it is a little unfair to have a good team penalized because the distribution of final shots didn't line up nicely. Anyways...congrats to Envenomed.

This forum is a waste of time. I and everyone here know it. I started coming here when I had time to kill...but now I am pretty busy. I stayed because I couldn't stand letting you guys win. However, I would like to point out that BUSH WON THE ELECTION!!! Therefore, I won. There's no point in arguing anymore. As for intellectual exchange of ideas from communicating one's opinion...it would apply if this forum had any intellectual opinions. It doesn't, its just a US flame board. I'll still be on SSForum.net, but I'll stay out of Politics. Maybe I'll pick it back up in 3 years...but for now, I'll just take this opportunity to leave so I can spend my time doing more productive things.

Bacchus, we are already criticised, isolated, and hated from when we had almost complete seperation between church and state. We've pretty much come to accept that terrorist types will hate us until their death, and the only way to solve the problem is to make their death come faster. As for "civilised" countries like France, they ALWAYs oppose the big guy. Many European nations have almost no seperation between church and state. Besides, that's not what this is. All this is is out candidates paying their respects to religion, pointing out that Christianity is part of American culture and must be respected as such. You ridiculous...someone says they believe in God and you assume they are an all out radical. THEN, you don't think you are athiests. Yeah, you tolerate religion alright...just as long as its not in the public eye. What's next? You'll outcry against churchs inside cities in order to make yourself religiously tolerant?
-
Atleast our nation isn't trying to destroy our own culture. Not only that, but we are smart enough to know that religion is an important part of society. Go ahead, insult every religion on the face of the earth...your country will collapse for lack of it.

Well, my point is that the US would make more progress nego-*BAD WORD*-ing with Bin Laden than say Michale Moore speaking for Al Queda. We could make all the progress with Moore we want, but not only would it change nothing, but we would be wasting our time and resources. Its better to go nowhere with a person calling the shots than to make progress with someone who isn't.
-
Its amazing how everyone only pays attention to the Presidential elections...its in Congress where the Democrats are gettting !@#$%^&*-raped.
-
Yeah, you athiests do so much for the world.
-
You make it sound like you are dissappointed. I spent the last couple weeks thinking of cruel comments to say at this moment, but just don't feel like writing them...you guys have been through enough. Well, put it this way...we get to look foward to Bush's Social Security plan...screw the seniors (who created the problem in the first place), but help us young people out.

The funny thing is that the margin in Pennsylvania is smaller than in Ohio. Couple that with the voting machines and the 120% voter registration rate in Philadelphia, and I'd say PA is more up for grabs than Ohio.
-
Hence why I referred to it as a socialist law. It isn't very free...but also as I said...democracy doesn't work if people don't vote. While it infringes on some minor freedoms, such a law would create a more more effective goverment. This logic isn't good enough most of the time, but here...probably a good idea.
-
Still more effective than negotiating with a leadership that isn't in charge. Its better to be going very slowly in real progress than it is to make great strides with false leaders.
-
I didn't realise you voted third party. Democracy doesn't work if nobody votes. Thus, I do not nor ever will respect anyone for not voting. One of the few socialist laws I would support here is a law requiring citizens to vote.
-
Ducky, ur an idiot There are two people here who will have meaningfull votes in high-value battleground states. You and I - both Pennsylvanians. If you didn't vote...then this forum has voted Republican. Its looking pretty good for Bush...he has a fairly solid lead in Ohio and Florida. If he carries those two states, the election is pretty much in the bag. Root for Kerry all you like, but if Bush carries Ohio and Florida you will be routing for a lost cause.
-
Bush went before the UN and did all he could to get their support. The stipulations were that he go before the UN and try to get their support...but it broke down to the point that France would veto any decision we made - even another pointless resolution. He fulfilled his end of the IWR.

Well, I said CULTURAL evolution...ur thinking of Ethnical evolution, which is an entirely different thing. My point was even if a Hamas leader takes controll and Israeli/Palestinian talks go nowhere, it still is an improvement, because the talks will accurately represent the stage in the conflict. If Hamas doesn't want to negotiate, then Hamas doesn't want to negotiate and their representative should reflect that. Then the Israelis wouldn't sign their half of a treaty in the first place, and would be able to focus on truly bringing Hamas to the table.
