I don't download much, only songs but that's still rare. Also there is another computer on my lan, but it's hardly used to it's not that. I'm not sure about the other 3, but I never touch the stuff on the back of my computer or my router. Oh and today it seems much better, normally the S2C goes above 1 or w percent, now it stays below 1%.

A few weeks ago, I started having S2C packet loss, which prevented me from JDing because it was too high.
